Helper Preferences


Helper Preference lets you setup external programs for use with MIME messages. With each type of MIME you can assign a different program for it to execute.

For example: You can setup a MIME type image/jpeg and assign Multiview program to it. So whenever Air Mail detects a MIME type file image/jpeg in the message it will call Multiview to view the picture.

If the MIME type is not in the Helpers then you can add an entry to it.

Buttons

Add - Add the current MIME to the list.
Delete - Delete the selected MIME type.

Save As - Saves a new preference file.
Save Default - Saves the current setting as a default. Air Mail loads this preference on startup.
Load - Loads new preference file.
Use - It uses the current settings, but will not save the preference to disk.
Cancel - Cancels current changes.
